If you’re not happy with your glasses, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Prescription orders are included. The same 30-day return window applies to orders with custom prescription lenses.

- Contact us. Use our contact form or email help@smartrxglasses.com with your SmartRx order number, the item you’d like to return and whether you prefer a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Get your return instructions. Our team will provide the next steps and the correct return destination. Please contact us before sending your package.
- Pack and send your return. Include the glasses and the accessories supplied with them, and follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.
