Every product purchased from SmartRx Glasses includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of purchase.

Covered manufacturing defects

Defects in frames, hinges, hardware, materials, lens coatings or built-in electronic components caused by manufacturing.

Repair or replacement

We’ll repair or replace a product with an approved manufacturing defect at no charge.

What isn’t covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, including everyday scratches and worn parts.
  • Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts or sitting on your glasses.
  • Lost, stolen or misplaced products.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact our team at help@smartrxglasses.com or (512) 524-3278 with your SmartRx order number or proof of purchase.
  2. Describe the issue and include clear photos when emailing us. For an electronic issue, tell us what happens when you use or charge the glasses.
  3. We’ll review the issue and explain the next steps. Please contact us before sending a product back.

A few details

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. SmartRx reviews claims to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage outside the coverage.

If the original model is unavailable, we may offer a replacement with a similar style and fit.
